Humane hobbles

Today we are reviewing these ankle cuffs by Humane Restraints. Well, Zara thought they were two collars for small dogs, but I convinced her they were actually restraints. For your ankles! Not with a chain between them, but with a stiff leather strap, which makes it very hard to walk. Also, they lock with cylinder keys. Very high security! Wow those Humane Restraints guys really don’t want people to escape do they!

Lock picking with Anahí and Zara!

Soooo we got this lock pick set and we thought it would be very easy to learn. But it turns out there’s a lot of little details involved. There are some ultra cool transparent padlocks that come with this set so we can see what’s going on inside! If you don’t have a practice lock pick set yet, just get one, it is SERIOUS fun!! We are going to keep practicing, because these are useful life skills!!

Another escape challenge gone wrong

Well, I thought it would be a great idea to cuff ourselves with handcuffs hanging from the ceiling, with the key laying on the floor. Turns out it’s not a great idea. Don’t try this at home! The only way to get the key into your hands is to take off your shoes, grab it with your toes and then throw it up (with your leg) and catch it. The problem is, we had a big hole in the ceiling to hang the chains from. And of course… the key went flying into the hole. No chance of escaping after that…

Neck cuffed Easter Egg Hunt!!

Wow, this was a really fun challenge! But also a very complicated one: me and Zara were neck cuffed to each other, our hands cuffed behind our backs. The key to these restraints was in a safe with a 3 digit combination! We had to find 3 tiny chocolate eggs in the living room, these eggs had numbers on them. It was really hard to find them, moving through the room together is not easy when you are neck cuffed! But even when we found all the eggs, which took us some time, we had to guess the 3 digit combination, because we didn’t know the order. 3 guesses and the keypad would be blocked for 20 seconds, another 3 wrong guesses and it would be blocked for 5 minutes! It was very exciting and fun!
Happy Easter everyone!!

Cuff inserts for small wrists

Zara has really really small wrists. A standard pair of cuffs can be tightened all the way on her wrists until there are no more teeth to grip. But we found something that will help: cuff inserts! They are special pieces of plastic designed to fit inside a cuff. They are probably for juvenile delinquents… so they are perfect for Zara!

Pink ASP handcuffs!

Pink cuffs are so cool! These ASP cuffs have keyholes on both sides! They are even easier to escape than regular chain cuffs. I think Zara has never seen any pink cuffs, so I show her how they work. Oh and we also neck cuff ourselves together because it’s fun :D

Miniature handcuffs

Anahí found these miniature cuffs somewhere in England and got them as souvenir for me. I cannot deny they are extremely cute!!! Who knows, if you put them on your desk or as keychain somebody may start an interesting conversation about it ;) But do they really work? We will test and find out!

Road trip – bed time

We will give you a tour of the cute little cottage we rented for our road trip. It has many soft beds and pillows, and it just made me want to go to sleep in my full restraints (including waist chain), but Anahí was being very annoying, throwing pillows and teasing me! No sleep for us yet!

Road trip – picking strawberries

It is summer and Anahí and me are on a road trip!!! There was a brochure at the charming chalet we are staying at, it mentioned strawberry picking. ‘Why not’ we said? So we went to the strawberry farm (in handcuffs of course), to pick some delicious strawberries! And we found something else too!

Something different – mouth spreader

This must be one of the strangest things you ever sent me! A mouth spreader! Or cheek spreader, I don’t know. I do know that they make us look very silly! And almost impossible to understand hahahah! Also, I found out that it is really super dangerous to try and drink something with a spreader in your mouth. No seriously, I almost killed myself. Want to see that? Watch the video, it is hilarious!!

Cuffing Pooh

Pooh is my guest this time! Anahí wasn’t here today so that will give us some time to discuss a few things that I don’t want her to know about! ;) Pooh is a much better listener and he looks cute in cuffs (even if some cuffs just literally fall off him, he is such an escape artist!).

Pack and go!

Even things that aren’t fun like cleaning and packing become fun when you do it handcuffed, because it is more of a challenge! I had so packing and cleaning to do that I invited my friend Anahí to help me out and play a little while cleaning all the mess. We packed everything up in no-time!

Neck cuffed together

What if… we would neck cuff ourselves together! We would be BNFF (best neckcuff friends forever)! We would have to do everything together! It would be very awkward to walk, and sit down, and sleep, but it would be even more awkward if one of us had to go to the toilet lol!!!
Me and Anahí are doing a few tests before we try to do this for real. A 24 hour challenge is our ultimate goal, but it will be very hard!! We are also handcuffed together, to make it even harder! Could you do this for 24 hours? Maybe with one of us? But only if you are not too tall of course hahaha!!! You can get your own neck cuffs here!
